Worst Drs I have used. Reception staff are dismissive and unhelpful. Tried to order a non repeat prescription on the App and couldn’t do it, Receptionist (who answered the phone) said I could or I could walk down and hand in a hand written request. She couldn’t take it over the phone. How do the elderly cope with that or people who don’t drive?! Not an inclusive service for all. Last time I saw a Dr he told me off for seeing him and reluctantly asked about my medical concern. He didn’t look at me during the conversation, he was dressed like he worked on a covid ward and was rude and uncaring. I would be more reassured if he practiced good hand cleaning IPC rather than wearing gloves, touching everything with the gloves on and no evidence of hand cleaning at all. Awful place I have to use due to my postcode! | |||||||

The reception staff are very polite and friendly always smiling and go out of their way for you, also nursing staff and gp’s very good.
Mostly always get an appointment when needed, if not always get offered a call back!
Overall a brilliant surgery no complaints at all!!!

This is a great surgery, all staff are friendly and helpful and I find it fairly easy to get an appointment when required. The reception staff go out of their way to ensure you're seen by the right person and the Nurses and GPs are friendly, listen to you and provide the best care. Due to the location, it's also easy to get parked. I would absolutely recommend this GP surgery. | |||||||
