Absolutely abysmal. It's impossible to get an appointment.

After calling 59 times and waiting 10 minutes on hold I was met by the most rude and obnoxious receptionist. I was told there were no more appointments available and the only way to speak with a doctor was to go through the same ridiculous process, every morning until I eventually get through. I was audibly distressed and in tears begging for help over the phone and explained numerous times that I needed to speak to my own doctor to deal with my issues and was met with complete disregard. Not once was I asked what my issue was and was even accused of lying as I quoted their own appointment system over the website. This practice shows no care nor concern for their patients and I strongly advise looking elsewhere for good health care and proffesional service.

I'm not sure about what the GP is for anymore since you can hardly get appointments or speak to a doctor these days. Very difficult to see a doctor or speak to one at the surgery these days it is really ridiculous.
