My beautiful daughter passed away on Monday the 29th April 2021. On the Tuesday morning I received a call from the surgery the receptionist asked for my daughter by name then when i started gasping for breath, she said 'I know what you are going to say, but she's still on our books and i need to ask where and when?' I've just been on systemonline to order some medication to find my daughter has been removed from the system. How disgusting is this, no one informed me that this would take place so quickly my daughter hasn't even had her funeral and yet they can remove every trace of her. I'm mortified, unconscionable. How unprofessional and disrespectful.

I rang up today 23.9.19 to make an appointment regarding my mental health and not being able to sleep. I was told that the closest appointment was 16.10.19. I explained the situation you the receptionist who stated I need to ring up at 8.10 to try and get an appointment, I repeated that I was making the appointment due to not sleeping I struggle to get up. The receptionist became quite rude and continued stating that there was nothing she could do. Appointments regarding mental health should be taken more seriously and more appointments should be made available!

Went to appointment today,, I've been asking for some medication by letter and told today that they have no records of my requests. This is very convenient as I was hospitalised last week due having to use the drugs I have which are over two years out of date. The doctor said ehad no record of my request and never looked at the out of date item which I have had to use Im not the liar here as well they know. Then when I told the doctor of the problem that led up to the incident that led to my attack he said that he couldn't talk about what was wrong as he could only give me ten minutes and he had to do blood samples and do my blood pressure. Only two waiting outside. This is why I don't bother with this practise. I want to change to Woodhouse please. You have no time for your patients. M Beck
