I am writing this review to advise patients not to attend this surgery and to sign up with another surgery in the area if they are able to. Having regularly attended the surgery last year I was appalled by the way the managerial staff were running the surgery, in particular the practice manager and reception manager. Both are extremely unprofessional and show little sympathy towards patients or their colleagues. I felt extremely let down by this by this surgery and very hurt by the way they handled many situations. I believe the NHS CCG for this surgery should really look into the way this surgery is operating as many of their actions are extremely unprofessional and affecting patients health and well-being. |

Whenever I ring for an on the day appointment, it takes weeks to be seen. Apparently mentalhealth isn't seen as urgent in their books. One day their nonchalant attitude is going to get someone killed. |
