Over the past two or three years, I have found this surgery to be fantastic. The GPs and Nurses go above and beyond to help me, which is often time consuming as I have an ongoing mental health condition. I can’t praise the team enough. However, the practice is regularly let down by the behaviour of the receptionist team. They completely lack the ability to show sympathy or understanding. Their job is undoubtedly stressful but unfortunately they are making it incredibly difficult for patients to access the care that they need. They have a tendency to be condescending, give out inaccurate information, and are generally aggressive in manner. This does not lead to improvements in one’s health! All in all, it’s an absolute shame that the receptionists behave this way because all over services provided are superb and I would love to be able to recommend this surgery more but I can’t.
