Receptionists are caring and helpful. Doctors I've come across so far are very professional, I've never felt belittled for bringing my son back to see them again and again when I'm worried about him having repeated cold bouts and vomiting. The clinical diagnoses are always very well explained and very well founded. Urgent or late appointments are always offered when I'm worried about my son. All in all, my experience with this surgery is the best among the 5 I've registered with in the past.

I’ve been a patient at this surgery for three years now since moving from London. I am disabled and I do have a range of conditions, which the Drs at this surgery help me manage. I’ve been seeing one Dr for a few years now and she is a very kind, conscientious GP. She has put up with me through all my various symptoms, without getting stressed at me! She has helped me to live my life a bit easier and I couldn’t thank her enough. All the doctors I’ve seen have been fine. I have always treated the staff and the doctors with respect and that is how I have been treated. Having read some of the reviews, I am surprised that people feel this way. Yes getting through on the phone is an issue but it’s like that at every doctors surgery. My only complaint is that sometimes idiots park next to the disabled bay, which blocks people from turning around and has restricted opening the door on my car. Oh and I’d love them to turn off the radio!!! I believe that these doctors are very professional. They are resourceful and always happy to listen. I guess if you go in telling the doctor what is wrong with you when you don’t have the symptoms to match, you are bound to moan. If however you have genuine symptoms or conditions, then these Doctors cannot do enough for you.
