Most receptionists are okay some great, some think they have a higher power, one Doctor i can not understand a word he says. Dr Khan is okay ?? The nurse who takes blood tests Cheryl is great, getting an appointment is a no go, the communication is non existent may as well be a pub where we could all go out for a pick me up ?? ??.

Took my sick mother on her appointment for 11:40 am after pre booking it a week earlier at their surgery and in person after they hung up phone on me after a lengthy wait ..however upon our arrival a WEEK later at the given time , we were turned away by their rude receptionist who accused me and my old mother of lying and claiming that she rang her on 3 different numbers to make her aware of Doctor khans rescheduling his appoinments( fair enough) but we weren't made aware as we did not get a call ..I kindly told her to delete all 3 numbers so she can keep only 1 number and told her to send a text to the number given to her and she did and I recieved it ..clearly I didn't want to shame her up by asking her to show me records off calls made by her (if any) to the numbers given to them previously as they are all in use and occupied by different family members who all take good care of our mother..I would not be surprised if a coroner in future launches an inquiry into their surgery for gross misconduct if God forbid anything does happen to their loved ones ..however Dr.khan was helpful but their staff let him down, even the nurse who told me that my mother had an phone appointment ( utter ridiculous), it seemed they work in a group to get their false message across..I think the team themselves need a mental health check-up , seriously they lack every quality to even work with the general public at this place . I'm surprised not a single complaint has been lodged with the parliamentary and health ombudsman or NHS itself ...dreadful experience .. Now on I will be attending my mothers appointments with her as her health rather than improving has deteriated further more..

I had the symptoms of breast cancer I’ve tried to get appointment with these guys twice waste of an hour per phone call I still haven’t got a appointment, they tried to push me off to a walk in centre that will no doubt examine me and send me back to this backwards clinic. where they struggle to answer phone calls, from 27 people in the que Ive waited to be told they have no appointments and they’re phone hasn’t been tied up for the whole duration that I waited. Disgusting service, disgrace to the nhs it’s easier to get appointment in a different city still will be seen faster and dealt with properly.
