I don't have to go to the GP often, but it's always a pain here so I mostly go to the walk-in instead. Point of review is that their website advertises passport signing as a fee-charging service on offer, but they don't do it. I went in to ask about 6 months ago and they said it takes time for the website to be updated. Have just checked again now, and it's still up there.

Every bit of this place is disappointing. Was first told they don't do appointments in advance and I had to book on the day, then admitted I could book but had to wait 3 weeks, and an additional 40 mins in the waiting room. GP seemed ok in the appointment, but the letter I requested for work was so generic and short that work said it was not acceptable. Receptionists are loud and not very polite. Whole building is in a poor state of repair.

I feel ashamed to use this facility as a GP surgery, as do all the people I come into contact with, friends and colleagues, due to the posters advertising as a sex clinic. Due to the nature of the previous use of the building as a sex clinic speaks for itself on entry. It is in a disgusting state of repair; the lift isn`t sure whether it is going to work or not and on exit from the lift, which leads straight into the happy and approachable (not) faces of the receptionists, who are unsure whether to associate with you or not.10-minute appointment to waiting time of over an hour, on all occasions. We was not given an option to move here as we were transferred from the walk in centre on Broad Lane Sheffield. I should be a regular visitor to this place called a surgery, but if I can hold out for my hospital appointment i will, although it makes me very ill to wait for this appointment due to the nature of my illness. Requesting medication online is like pulling teeth, as the request has to be duplicated as the majority of a repeat prescription requested has not been prescribed. The entrance to the building is obstructed with people allocating the area to` keep warm` with their sleeping bags.
