You can never get an appointment due to the steel wall of bodyguards on phone duty and then they make you feel bad for interrupting their day!!!!!! You get a different response every time you call!!!!!! Their answer for every ailment is go to hospital or try relaxation techniques!!!!!! NO WONDER PEOPLE GO PRIVATE!!!!!!!

Apparently, this used to be a good practice but we have had a number of issues over the last year, from a patient being prescribed a medication that was incompatible to her illness, leading to weeks of hallucinations, anxiety and terror, to having to ask for hospice/palliative care three times before any action was taken, leaving a dying person in total mental torment. I really could go on, including partner who is vulnerable at the moment, stating he didn't want the flu jab with his booster but being coerced into having it by a dreadful nurse more interested in meeting targets than listening to what patients have stated. The staff here should hang their heads in shame.
