Today I sent photos of skin infection on my leg at 8 15 am. Within 10 minutes I received a response saying these would be sent on to a doctor at the practice and I would get a call back. At 10 00 am I received a call ... and a diagnosis. Prescription to be sent directly to the pharmacy where I normally pick up my medication. Fantastic service. And this during a period when the NHS is working under extreme pressure with COVID. | |||||||

Visited the Hollies this morning. As ever greeted by friendly, smiling and helpful receptionists and then seen efficiently by a friendly and helpful nurse. I am so grateful for the consistent and helpful service I have received over the years from the Hollies. It is a busy practice - like all primary care clinics - but despite being busy, staff always make the time of day for patients and are consistently helpful and accommodating. Thank you to you all. You are sincerely appreciated by this patient! | |||||||
