Mathews practice White Lane Tied to make an appointment for my partner with strict instructions from hospital only to be told by a receptionist with an attitude problem she wouldn’t do it and my partner had to make a phone call the date the hospital had told her to see the nurse to see if it was possible. I put the letter from the hospital on the counter for the receptionist only to throw it on the floor I said I wanted to see the practice manager and her attitude got even worse at which time we both started shouting at each other which was getting either of us know where and was eventually sorted out by a doctor but this surgery is defiantly not fit for purpose know wonder people are leaving this practice I shall be notifying NHS Sheffield about poor services served up by this practice

I had an appointment to have bloods taken at Belgrave last Friday although my surgery is White Lane. The appointment was cancelled on the morning I was due to attend. I was told to book another appointment. As I work at the NGH I rang White Lane and asked them to print me the labels and I would have them done at work This was Fri 10.04.19, my husband called in for them today Mon 13.04.19. The receptionist gave him a piece of paper and said I could get them printed at work!! I am not at all happy as I'm the Ward Clerk so I will have to print off my own labels. Is it really to much trouble for the staff at White Lane to provide service for their patients? In the past 2 weeks I have had 2 appointments cancelled and now this. Mrs Carol Bluff 22.02.56

Trying to make an appointment for a yearly medical review... not going well. I'm too late for an appointment today, and cannot book for anytime in the future as the appointments are not up on the system yet! WHAT? Yes. I cannot get an appointment for ANYTIME in the future. Apparently I just have to ring up at 8am ("don't leave it later than that or all the appointments will be gone": a receptionist) on the day i wish to be seen and hopefully there'll be an appointment available.This is not good enough.
