Absolutely terrible! My partner was told by Northern General doctors to go and get more tablets from the doctors and a sick note ( he has 1.5 lungs) and suffers with chronic infections.. so this morning he got there for 7.30 they open at 8 he was joined in the queue by several other patients who were waiting to try and get a appointment… at 8 o’clock the receptionist ( and I use that description being over kindly) comes out and informs all the patients that” the surgery is still closed “! With no explanation why. They had to phone to speak to triage….. 201 phone calls later he still dad no reply! Forgive my ignorance but what are these people getting paid for because they’re certainly not seeing patients! If anything happens to him… this will be taken further! Emails to our MPs and parliament are also being sent!

I had an MRI scan at the hallamshire 5 weeks ago. I’ve called the surgery atleast 6 times and still none the wiser of my results, or even if they have them back.moat recently I called on Monday and the lines were closed for lunch, when I called back it said to call between 10 and 2 to speak to a secretary (I think you mean 10 - 1 cause you close the lines for lunch). I spoke to a receptionist that said my results were not back and that I needed to call the following day for a secretary. I called Tuesday, option 2, told I needed to speak to a receptionist... mind blown! The secretary told me she couldn’t read results, but my results came back the previous and a doctor would call... still no call, and the receptionist said no results were back on the Monday, but the secretary said they had. All this time I’ve got a lump in my spine and serious pain in my lower back. When I asked to make an appointment I was told to call back at 8am the following day. The surgery is not set up for people that work full time. In modern society we can’t rely that we can leave work whenever for appointments, or drop everything to get whatever appointments they can offer that day. I often work 12 hour shifts so I actually need to plan in advance.

It’s al most impossible to get appointment no body answer the phone all day every day and when you go to front desk they refuse and they say you have to call. No respect or human rights in this medical centre at all . Is all about them they do what they like they talk to you like you are nothing they make you want to kill your self instead of getting appointment or see the doctor. And the app not working as well . Someone have to look at all this reviews and do something about it thank you
