Ive been a patient at Stonecroft medical centre for a couple of years now because the doctors there are very good doctors and go out of there way to help me & talk to me in detail to try find the best way they can help with a range of options no matter how long it takes. The receptionist however are rude, disrespectful & very unhelpful, its hard to get a appointment to see the doctor & hard to get your repeat prescription from them if u need it in a hurry. Once u get past reception your ok its just getting past them to see a doctor, The doctors are the reason ive stayed there. Change the staff on reception and it will be a brilliant doctors surgery. | |||||||

I am registered at this practice and have been for 18 years. I very rarely have the news to attend. However I do find that when I have needed to I am put off ringing up due to the time it takes and also do not like the idea of queueing up outside. It is very difficult to actually see my GP. However staff are helpful and polite and once booked in the service is very efficient. | |||||||

I had cause to visit Stonecroft a few weeks to see the Dr and again today for some blood tests. Both the Dr and Nurse made me feel at ease as it's not a place I frequently visit. I couldn't have asked for better service and treatment.
