M wife and I have used this medical service for many years as did my parents. I have always been very pleased with the attitude of the reception and admin. staff and the ability to get an appointment at short notice. The professionalism, knowledge and expertise of all the doctors is excellent.. I have complete confidence in them. My wife has undergone minor surgery at the practice. She was put at her ease and very happy with the care and treatment she was given. The nurse has a caring attitude and is very professional. The practice is always very clean with a pleasant decor and comfortable waiting area.

I was involved in a serious car crash and required a long period of time off work. When I went back on reduced hours it quickly became apparent that I wasn't as fit as I thought I was. I contacted the surgery to request an appointment with the doctor but there were none available so the receptionist asked what the problem was. She told me to leave it with her and phoned me back half an hour later to say she had spoken to the doctor who had reviewed my notes and written me another sick note for 3 weeks that was available to collect immediately. When I went to collect the receptionist had also made me an appointment to see the doctor the next day just to be checked over. Great service and I would recommend this surgery to anyone.

my first contact with a gp at this surgery was to land a sudden and rare illness on his plate ,i was ok one minute the next needed 5 weeks in hosp ,intensive care etc and then bring it all to a doctor i'd never met , ongoing treatment usually weekly blood tests action on the results etc ,all very very complicated and demanding ,consultants putting extra demands on his and the practices service to me ,,this looks like being a long term issue ,but the way i have been treated by the practice overall has been absolutely delightful ,,can only say thank you to all those i am involved with here
