I went to the medical centre today, the staff was excellent polite and friendly. The doctor was thorough and just like to say thank you .

I would like to say one particular receptionist at ridway branch as been so helpful for myself and my son she as gone out of her way to help and I feel like she knows me and my son it’s something I have found hard coming into a large practice I so miss the one to one I had with my last doctors but times are changing and it’s not always possible but it is nice to see freindly face or voice when you visit my life can be chaotic at times and this receptionist has rang me to remind me I have appointments can’t say how much this practice should be proud of having a member of staff like her keep it up.
