Can never get through. Appalling service. The receptionists need training on customer service skills. One of the older ladies is more understanding about sensitive issues. Once you get to see a doctor they are great. Best way to get an appointment is to 111 it and they will book you in. So much more reliable and you will actually get seen. | |||||||

The receptionist (Sarah) I dealt with on 20/10/22 while trying to get an appointment has a very bad attitude and very poor communication skill. | |||||||

After trying for 25 mins to get a appointment was told that there wasn’t any available as Monday is very busy, recalled the next day and got a telephone appointment for 11. Somehow I missed the call and received a voicemail. I called back and the only other phone call opponent was a week on Monday which was ten days away, my wife’s doctors you can get a appointment to see a doctor the next day ? This is why I am moving, terrible service here and would hate to have a serious illness. This place needs a serious update | |||||||
