I have been with this practice for 18 months after moving into the area and I am not impressed at all. Prescriptions can only be ordered once you have a weeks left so by the time you can pick them up from the chemist you only have 3-4 days left of your prescription if you are lucky enough to have the time to pick them up on the day they should be ready to find out the doctors haven’t sent half of your prescriptions and then you have to phone the prescription line in between certain hrs because you can’t get pass the receptionist. It’s like they are the only people busy in this world. I have been given inappropriate advice about the treatment of Asthma (not following national guidelines) a referral to a consultant had a the wrong information on it the list goes on. On the positive some of the staff are very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. The most upsetting thing is I have complained to the practice manager and she just supported her staff and doesn’t care about patient experience.

This practice used to be great but over recent years is has become adequate. Most of the receptionist are helpful but some are unhelpful and can be rude. 2 of the doctors are very good. Not impressed.
