I have recently moved to Rossington from Milton Keynes and I cannot believe the difference in treatment etc from this practice. From the reception staff to the Doctors and Nurse Practitioner they are all excellent. I have never been able to get an appointment so quickly. At ,y previous surgery an urgent appointment was usually 10 days and you were advised to go to the walk in centre which because all surgeries worked on the same criteria, was usually a 5 to 7 hour wait to be seen. Excellent surgery keep up the good work. |

I had a very in-depth appointment with the doctor who after my consultation suggested I book in for a smear but the reception staff and practice manager decided otherwise. As I have not received a letter to say it is due they refuse to book me in for one. According to the records they hold the last one I had was 2001 so we'll overdue as far as their records go. I moved back to this practice early 2017 due to reception staff making decisions about my medication at my previous practice and I learn today they have still not got my records. Surely if a doctor is saying to book in for one then I should not be denied this especially when they have not got the records to back it up. Left the practice very upset they knew nothing about why I had been to see the doctor and should not be able to over ride a medical professional who has trained for years. |

When I call to talk to a doctor about something I always get a nurse to talk to about my problem. I told her I need to discuss my drugs she said I need to discuss that with my doctor. I work Monday to Friday all week and I can't take calls at work so in other words I have to lose money to talk to my doctor. They do not allow any later time for workers and I don't think this is fair |
