my experience since march 2023 has been and is current november 2023 is excellent almost entirely due to dr thomas joy, diagnosis care and empathy with follow up with consultants at hospital for three differing medical conditions, also i truly believe current reception staff are courteous and professional , i have been a patient for many years so i also have experience of so much bad critic from patients in the past ,i requested all letters from consultants to the practice to be pp to me which office staff have done without fail my sincere thankyou ,practice running much better than a year ago

My husband has been very I’ll and myself with vertigo a telephone appointment followed quickly by face to face with Doctor Thomas Joy,he did some form of manipulation with my head and neck and pure relief I was definitely on the mend,my husband was with me and Doctor Joy saw him and he’s been referred for so many tests,procedures at Newark hospital and because of Balderton surgery things are looking great for us,so be patient and kinder to the reception staff and medical team they are all under pressure too
