I have been in this country since 12 years and the rudeness , arrogance and insensitivity from Musters Medical Practice that I and my family had to deal with at a difficult time of illness is unimaginable . This practice has made us realise how pathetic the primary care system in the country has become . The receptionists answering the call speaks to patients as though we are beggars and they are doing us a favour . We are bloody tax payers and the money your are paid comes from our pockets and it is high time the practice partners , the dismissive GPS and the support staff realise this fact . They make it so difficult to even get a private referral letter . We were asked for a fee for it . The doctors at the practice are sitting there just to take notes and not treat .
