I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the supportive care that this practice continues to provide during what are difficult and unprecedented times. As patients, we understand the pressures that exist these days. To be treated with kindness and respect means everything to a patient who needs comfort and support. In spite of very difficult times, this surgery is still managing to look after its patients and we are so grateful for that. I am a patient at this practice for many years. I am always able to see or speak with a doctor on the phone, even through lockdowns. I have always been satisfied with the outcomes of my appointments and the treatments offered. The nurses are always attentive, professional and friendly. Whenever I call to make an appointment, the reception staff are helpful and accommodating. I will never change to another medical practice.
