I’ve been registered at Deerpark for over 7 years. Once you get to see a doctor the experience is fine. The intolerable difficulty is getting through on the phone and battling through the various hurdles to get an appointment. This has always been the case and has become progressively worse. I assume the phones are understaffed and not just at busy times. So the issue is likely management and staffing levels. I worry that some patients give up when they need to have a consultation.

Today it took me 25 minutes and 67 phone calls to reach GP reception! These days it is unthinkable to access GP with a quick call. The receptionist are good but no doubt they are over stretched. About time for the management to invest and overhaul the telephone system and make it much easier for all to access the GP service . Thank you
