Worryingly impossible to get through to reception! After waiting all weekend to make the call at 8am Monday morning I was continuously disconnected by the automated service. 90 minutes later I was able to be placed in a que being held in position 17. Another 45 minutes later I got down to position 1 somebody answered and the call just ended! Unacceptable by no means!

Whilst it is still extremely annoying that you can't contact the surgery by phone (my husband and I have taken to calling in at reception as we live not too far away), I had a face to face appointment today - 24th August 2022 with Dr Florian Batstone and I have to say what a pleasure it was - he made time for me and at no point did he make me feel rushed. He was courteous and took time to listen to me. This felt like the 'old school' GP/patient relationship like it used to be. I seriously hope that Dr Batstone is here to stay at Leen View, he is an absolute asset, of which we need more of.

Needed to speak with a GP and could not get through to reception. Rang at 8:05 and said it could not be connected and automatically hung up. Tried about 5 or 6 times over the course of an hour the Same thing happened over and over. I tried again at 13:50 and still couldn't connect call. Not reliable at all, may as well remove the surgery as people struggle to get seen all the time.
