Husband waited 3 weeks for phone consultation from doctor he has difficulty in walking and severe pain in hip...the phone call came from a rude receptionist who said his appointment phone call cancelled and he got wait 14 more days for call god knows after that wen see doctor... this is unacceptable this happend years to me but I got home visit for doctor to stand at my bedroom door say he didn't no what wrong and I have ended up in wheelchair..hip removed has not able to fix... what's happening to this surgery...its all ways be top of the marks ... | |||||||

Having got past the ‘dragons’ at the reception. I eventually saw a certain G.P. with an ongoing problem. He turned to me and said. “ what do you want me to do”. I turned to him and said don’t worry and walked out. He doesn’t deserve the title Dr. This used to be a very good practice, with many caring G.P’s. I am an ex patient. Anonymous | |||||||
