Not sure when this happened but practice has gone down hill right now o am 9th in queue for emergency . From longer want to see you instead talk over phone. | |||||||

This was an excellent practice until it decided to join with church street, you now cannot get through by phone, the nearest I have got was position 9 and today it was 15. There I now at least a 3 week wait for a routine appointment. Always a queue at reception, seriously thinking of moving practice. | |||||||

Been seeing the nurse a few times lately and she has been caring, kind and very considerate. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend seeing her. Should look after the NHS services not moan about them they do a great job. | |||||||
