Came to the practice about a year ago after reading good reviews to be utterly disappointed thought services offered looked good especially the on-line service which I assumed would make it easier to get help suffer with quiet a few long term conditions including anxiety I have problems trusting health professionals due to past experiences and need to build this with gp but not only do you never see same gp in order to do this but you rarely get to even see a gp in my experience consultation is done over phone with no face to face diagnosis and medication prescribed after short phone call or message on ask my GP service I feel practice has little or no bed side manner patients are just commodities offering little or no personal connections since coming to the practice my conditions have gotten worse with no support from them I feel I am hanging on to the side of a cliff with no support from where I need it

Takes ages to get through to the surgery when you do you get a snotty receptionist who is never willing to help, rarely get a prescription sent over to boots correctly if it wasn’t for the amazing boots staff I would have been left with no medication on numerous occasions!! Would not recommend to anyone who works and has limited times to visit the doctors or can’t use there phone for hours on end in work time to try and get through. I have only ever seen one good doctor here and that was around 4 years ago!
