My son phoned the Surgery for shoulder pain due to a fall, GP rang back and did not even offer to see him. Wanted him to go to a&e, which was completely unnecessary and a waste of the hospitals time. No wonder the hospitals are over run when they are refusing to see patients.

It really annoys me when I'm considerably being pushed asked why I not had my covid jab have I had my covid jab etc etc should they be a patience choice to make if they want the covid jab or not every time I'm there it feels I'm being interrogated why not I had covid jab I dont like them knowing why it's just the lack of respect I get by some nurses and some others like the receptionists and the ones that do the meds etc it's why you not wearing a mask you must wear a mask I must have told them millions of times that I am exempt wearing masks and that I have not been covid jab I have got my reasons why. I'm not being awful but they seem very very pushy and lack respect to patients it should be patients choice or not to be jabbed not nurses or doctors patients must have a choice to say no thanks. I hate going it feels very pushy going there at the mo very pushy indeed I was there last week and 3 people came up to me and said sorry you not got mask on I had a health badge from the nhs to say I am exempt

Consanant mistakes being made by nurses and receptionists very rude and abrupt at times with patients like myself very rude and little or no understanding I really dont like the disorderation they make mistakes after mistakes made. There been many times I been to see gp or nurse and been waiting for ages and ages. Very bad with timing and very bad with being sympathetic and showing understanding
