Long term patient of Minster Medical Practice that due to a house move leaving me less than 150 meters out of the catchment area has now been told I cant stay on at the practice. Having been on anxiety & anti depressant meds for a number of years this comes as a severe blow leaving me terrified of my future mental and physical health. None of which made any difference when attempting to ask to be able to remain a patient there, mine & my partners plea's fell on uncaring or deaf ears. (A basic understanding of anxiety & depression may help the staff as im literally at times unable to leave the house) Sadly being treated as number or statistic is becoming par for the course with the NHS, although of no fault of the front of house staff may I add. Overall Minster Medical Practice has some great staff that under normal or better funded circumstances, operated and cared far more than theyre able to do so now. As it is now though with my condition meaning im unable to seek a new practice or help it feels as if they just pushed me out to die.

Trying once again to Order a Repeat Prescription, it has worked just once out of tha last three times. Always saying ‘Have you for gotten your password’ no I haven’t as I had written it down. Requested new password, and entered that then created and repeated a NEW password. Ordered my prescription, tried to print a copy off but system unresponsive this time! Also just says collect prescription from Coop Pharmacy, but not when. Is it immediately or two days or two weeks, would be useful to be given some indication of waiting period. Honestly I believe the whole system needs looking at especially the password selection. I am an elderly person and been using computers and passwords since 1986, and yes I know that passwords and systems have become more complex, but this one takes the biscuit for unnecessary complexity.

Doctor Julia Elaine Brewin Reg number 3167919. I was treated in the most appalling feeble assault by this healthcare professional, after Lincolnshire police told her that I was a paedophile,such I am definitely NOT! I have never even been interviewed even to this very day.Doctor Brewin treated me in arrogant terms as she launched into a diatribe against me.She then sort to me saying again everything that she said in the consultation.This letter was delivered to a neighbour and then told everyone that I was a paedophile. My life was and still is now in great danger thank to Lincolnshire police and Doctor Julia Brewin. So now I'm getting intouch with the GMC about her behaviour,and then lied. a
