Firstly the staff on the reception are very approachable, friendly and professional. They do everything they can to help you. One of the reception staff is wonderful at taking bloods too :-). The surgery is patient friendly and you can make appointments using the telephone automated service or with the reception staff. Once you understand the appointment system and know when appointments are released it really is very simple. One Dr has been at the practice the longest and is a very special doctor and the newer doctors as very good too. Dispensary are very efficient too. All in all it is a great medical practice and our family are very happy with the service we get - thank you !!
