The dispensary staff were quite rude when they spoke to me today. I asked a question and was answered abruptly even though I had explained that this was my first time picking up a repeat prescription. Thankfully one member of the team was helpful, respectful and offered the answer I needed; the others could do well to consider if they would like to be treated rudely by a member of staff at any establishment when making a transaction or if they would prefer a polite attitude. I have always found the doctors provide an excellent service and have normally been treated very well. So it is disappointing to have to leave this review but I felt that it needed saying in the hope that other patients will be treated more favourably.
