Hearing problems suspected wax build up. Booked in with Specsavers - 6 weeks earliest! Heard that only private, but checked with surgery and booked in 5 days later. 2 minute job. ?? That saved £55. | |||||||

Having sent an email regarding my medical issue 6.20am Tuesday it took 52hrs to get a call to say I can have a face to face consultation… great or so I thought! Explain everything again .. pleasant doctor. Told someone will ring you to arrange the appt. 24 hrs later a text to be at the surgery in approx 1 hour. Luckily I could make it as I’m off work any other day impossible! Arrive 10 minutes early … waited approx an hour to get called through. Having witnessed what goes on at reception during this hour on the whole pleasant ladies, one training the other teaching her. I do however find an older lady (blond/grey bob) rude! I had dealings with her on Tuesday when she was rude to me personally and witnessed it again today with other patients. She really does need an exercise in civility. On to the appt. Lovely doctor however knew nothing about why I was in there? Seriously does anyone communicate with each other in this practice? Why were my issues not documented/ on the computer? Then I need to book blood tests .. 5 to 6 week wait! Is this okay I was asked.. no it certainly is not! John Coupland Hospital blood test appt 5 days booked! What on earth has happened to this practice? … it’s shocking. I would not recommend this practice and reading the reviews I can see why they are written. The NHS is broken and it certainly is at Cleveland Surgery, Vanessa Drive. | |||||||

After having a dreadful.experience last year having my flu jab I have to praise the nurse who have me the vaccine 1 Nov 2022. Barely noticed the needle go in and absolutely no pain on the site after. Great to get excellent service for a change, generally not the best experience at the surgery but this was spot on! | |||||||
