tried to get an appointment for my wife on a wednesday and told to ring back next Monday at 8-30am Wife in very much pain from a back strain. Couldnt get through on Monday morning, 14th position in line. So drove to the surgery to try. They told us the next appointment was the next Wednesday when I complained they were indifferent and said that was all they could offer. No advise as to what to do. Really poor staff care, I left in a fume and went to Oakham where we were treated very well and seen by a nurse who prescribed pain killers and arranged for a session with a specialist . Considering moving from this surgery as its obvious they are not interested . | |||||||

Difficult to get an apointment for my child during the afternoon, rang several times. No help. Unlike previous surgeries appontments were available outside school hours. I have no choice but for her to miss lessons inorder to be seen by a doctor. Receptionsist very unsympathetic and unprofessional. | |||||||

I just wanted to thank the whole team at the Market Overton surgery, firstly for the friendly response to an eye problem that required the attention of your very friendly staff last Friday, in spite of the fact that I was not a patient at your practice. I took up a great deal of your time but everyone seemed to go out of their way to ensure I had the very best attention. Having returned home today, I can report that the conjunctivitis has already cleared & my sight fully restored. Many thanks again & apologies if I delayed tea time! Hugh Coe | |||||||
