I have found that the doctor is one of the best. I have no problem with this part of the surgery at all. My issue is with some of the reception staff. There is just two of four that provide a service. The other two appear to to go out of their way to be as obstructive as possible. Is it because they can't think for themselves and follow a script or instruction of a senior without being to adapt and accommodate reasonable requests. Or is that they are jobs worth who have a personal mission to make making an appointment or gaining access to other services as hard as possible. Whatever. It's sometimes very frustrating trying to get passed them to access the Doctor, get information or access services. Please do something about this.
