Honestly I have never had any issues with the practice before. The Doctor is very understandable. But over the past 5 months I am having issues with the practice. I have been calling the practice exactly at 8:AM, water for 1 second. I ask for DR whom I regularly see because I feel comfortable speaking to him, as Doctor know my past history. They then respond in a rude tone, speak loudly I can’t hear you over the phone I sound like a little child. The receptionist over the phone then responds, I always come to see the same Doctor at our practice on a regular basis, there is nothing wrong with me, I have anxiety. I am are wasting the Doctors precious time. Go and see the Locum Doctor. If I do not go and see the Locum Doctor, she will tell Doctor Choudhry to kick me out of the practice. I received a unexpected call from a Doctor on Tuesday. I answer the call but nobody spoke over the phone. I then went to the practice in person and told them. They then shouted it’s my fault that I have network issues, there are no patients who has network issues except me. I showed her that the incoming call which I answered 5 times and nobody spoke over the phone. Then she said I am a liar. I had a blood test recently, I did not receive any text message or phone call from the practice.

I have been with this practice since being born, last few years the service has become really disappointing. The doctors are always changing and offer terrible advice. Most seem incompetent. Avoid this surgery and you will have better health.

Tried getting through on the phone to this surgery but could not Was waiting around 34 minutes then decided to go to the surgery to see why are the staff are not answering the phone found two female busy on computer asked and showed them that I am still waiting on the phone to get through to the surgery they replied we are busy I would like to question the service and behaviour of this practice is despicable and the authority should look into this practice to see how it’s being managed
