The service is abysmal, always big call queues sometimes up to 2 hour wait and then often get cut off. If you do manage to get through there's no appointments available, tell you to call at 8am which I cannot do as not allowed to make personal calls from work. Not allowed face to face appointments initially even though being told to name and shame surgerys that don't (name and shame to who/where?) Same doctor not available twice in a row so a different one doesn't know your medical record- I was inadvertently prescribed something very similar to something I'm already on without being told not to take both.

The phone just doesn't get answered. Disgraceful. Will be reporting this useless service

I got lied too, for 14 years about my sons multiple illnesses and disabilities, and led to believe, it was all caused by genetics, I Even had multiple blood test for this. When it had been clearly stated at various points from birth by outside doctors, within his notes, That they believe he had clearly been born with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. The Doctors at this Practice, I believe, Was instructed by one of the main Doctors (who has retired), not to reveal this to the parents, Me and my ex Wife. This was because my Ex Wife had Long term Mental Illness, that originally started from her childhood, and being as she was a patient of this Doctor, from Birth herself, kept it from me, that she had caused all my sons illnesses and disability's. Its only since 2019, when me and my kids left the practice, because of the abuse we had suffered from my alcoholic ex, and joined a new practice, that in our review, my son, now 16, asked the doctor why he had all these illnesses and problems, that our new doctors revealed the truth to us....He was Born with, what they believe, due to all his illnesses and disability's, with Alcohol Fetal Syndrome. Even Doctors at the birth, had remarked about this. F..ing Lie`s, I`m looking to sue and for the medical body to review our case,,,
