Why does the receptionist at the Tattenhall village surgery always have to be so rude ? I appreciate that we are all under pressures in our jobs but it seems to have become normal practice on the phone at this surgery to be rude to customers. I was after some simple advice which could have been provided quite easily but instead the receptionist made me feel like I'd grossly inconvenienced her and wasted her time. |

No complaints over the Drs but one of the receptionists here is so rude, abrasive and has absolutely no empathy she reduced my husband to tears. How a surgery which is there to care for the community can employ someone who herself causes mental health damage is beyond me. |

I have been registered with the surgery for over 20 years and on the whole I am very happy with the care provided by the doctors here and the service provided by all the staff. One doctor in particular was exceptional in the care and attention she gave my late mother and I can't speak highly enough of both the medical care she gave and her 'bedside manner' which was absolutely marvellous.
The surgery isn't perfect but given the conditions in the current NHS - and having heard stories of other Dr's/surgeries - you could do far, far worse than the Village Surgery. |
