No communications after they administered my fathers fatal dose of morphine | |||||||

Quick blood test, waited 10 minutes over appointment time even though they were not seeing anyone before me, nurse was rather rude as didnt make any conversation, other than asking for details and telling me to make a fist, did not inform me when she was about the put the needle in, did not mention sharp scratch, yet the other nurse with another patient was making small talk and informed them of the sharp scratch. It was not the worst, but could be improved | |||||||

The past few times I have tried to make an appointment I have not been able to either because I have been held on the line for so long that there are none available of I have simply given up. Today I was no1 in the queue apparently and after 15 mins of waiting to speak to a receptionist I was cut off. Extremely poor service | |||||||
