This surgery has undergone some kind of amalgamation with several other surgeries in the area over the past few month - unbeknown to most patients! We found out in the following ways: 1) Random new telephone number 2) Centralised switchboard 3) Impersonal & brusk operators 4) Lack of appointments 5) Appointments all over the city with random doctors 6) Huge phone waiting times 7) Staff who are unfamiliar with patients and a general dog's breakfast in terms of customer service. Just appalling.

Nearly impossible to get an appointment, some of the rare occasions I've been able to get one its been cancelled almost immediately. The phone for queries is never answered. I've filled in a form for online access 3 times now, yet I'm still told I've never filled one in. The website for checking opening times/contact details etc regularly just doesn't work. The medical staff I've been in contact with have all been outstanding, although my wife would disagree with that statement. The organisation organisation and admin however is appauling.
