Having moved from another practice several years ago I would just like to thank the staff (from Reception to Doctors) for the treatment, advice and help that I have received, particularly over the last twelve months.

I have always had a positive experience at Arden house. All of the GPs are great and the practice nurse is lovely. They are so helpful and caring and involve you in decisions. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I went with a difficult problem to resolve. I was prescribed different tablets and received a full explanation of the effects etc; Some of the tablets prescribed did not work some did not suit me ( side effects ) However, the Doctor persevered and showed considerable patience and kindness. The tablets I now take are brilliant and they are helping me with my problem. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the practice for their patience, help and support. I would recommend if you are going with more than one problem to book a double appointment which, will give the doctor the time to deal with you and other patients. I have booked appointments and been seen later than the time I was given. I see it this way. The reason the doctor is seeing me later than the time given is that, they have seen some people before me and it is because they care, that it has taken them longer than expected. So I will show them the courtesy and patience they deserve by waiting, in the full knowledge that they will see me as soon as they can. Once again Thank you Arden House Surgery.
