I just wanted to sing the praises of the whole of Eden surgery in Ilkeston. I've only been a patient for just over a year but having lived in many areas of the UK including Northern Ireland and Wales I can honestly say I have never ever experienced such fantastic care. The reception staff are so thorough and polite and often answer the phone after just one ring! Anytime I have been in the surgery they are always pleasant and polite and happy and it's such a breath of fresh air. I've been seen by a few of the main doctors at the surgery and locum staff and also by a few of the nurses. All of whom have been second to none. The care is consistent and thorough and I have never once felt unheard or that I have to fight for anything. They have all always been forthcoming with information and have all always been so incredibly polite and cheerful at appointments first and last thing in the day. I don't think its said enough when people do well and I really really want it to be known how much I appreciate having a doctor surgery that I feel comfortable with and trust so much. Thank you!
