Going to the doctors is never the best time as its normally because you are unwell or in need of treatment. I have had 5/6 appointments booked with them and I have always turned up early, the doctors however always run 20-25 minutes late which is not acceptable, especially when you see the last patient leave so know that no one else is in with them. My self and my partner are going through a stressful and upsetting time at the moment to find out if we can have children and they are really not helpful, we have been told incorrect information, had blood tests which they forgot to do all the tests on so I had to have them done again, which adds more stress to a rubbish time. I have a monthly prescription which normally gets ordered from a pharmacy but now the surgery have decided that that pharmacy will no longer be able to order from them but haven't informed me even though I rang to ask if I can order the prescription they told me that I need to ring said pharmacy as they haven't ordered it so its their fault when actually its the doctors as they don't tell anyone anything. would not recommend anyone to join this doctors and I have only been with them since January and I am looking to swap as the service has been nothing but rubbish with extremely rude receptionists.
