I moved from another local Gp practice. The surgery always invite me for my annual health checks .I can order my prescriptions online and have them sent to my pharmacy.I now have 3 monthly prescriptions as I qualify on the medications I am on.The reception team are very informative and always get me booked in with the correct person or they navigate me to the most appropriate service.if I can't get a appointment I can use the new online service and know this will be looked at within 48 hrs.I feel lambgates offer me a fantastic service and my consultant always says how efficient my practice is at taking my bloods so it has saved me having to go for blood tests at the hospital as the surgery monitor my bloods. A big well done to all the staff you do a fantastic job. | |||||||

After a sporting injury on my shoulder and months of putting it off I finally went to the Dr's to see if they could help me at all. I was able to get an appointment the same week that I rang up with my Dr for a physical examination, she was excellent! She was very thorough and knew a lot about shoulders! The dr's and secretary worked together to refer me ASAP and help me get my shoulder sorted. From the initial appointment, to the operation and then the follow up with my Dr, I was kept up to date by the practice and checked on. The service I received was outstanding and I felt very looked after. All members of staff were helpful and friendly. thank you Lambgates | |||||||

I changed practice to Lambgates, as I had to wait for 3 weeks for an appointment at Manor House Surgery. As soon as I registered, it was a significantly different experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I have had a few medical queries and they invariably get answered the same day. I need regular blood tests for my medication and it is very easy to get a nurse appointment for these. I do like to book my own blood appointment online - so I would really like the practice to go back to offering these online please. 100% satisfied customer | |||||||
