I deal with this Surgery for my Mum as she’s a patient there , the staff are amazing and extremely helpful and caring, always go above and beyond to help get an appointment be it face to face or a phone call , lovely surgery

I have used the Eckington branch of this surgery for as long as I can remember and have never had any cause for complaint. The reception staff are helpful and friendly and you can usually get an appointment on the day you phone up. You are nor allowed to pre book appointments at this surgery, but this seems to work well in that you can almost always get an appointment when you want one, you just have to phone early. I would 100% recommend this surgery.

This is without doubt a well run practice from reception through to Doctors and Nursing staff. In my experience appointments are normally the same day - at the Eckington practice or if really busy can offer a time at the Renishaw surgery - either way you get to see a Doctor. Also new to me is the choice of a Male Doctor which on Monday`s which is nice to know for little lads problems if you don`t want to discuss with the Lady Doctors. All in all they are a very accommodating Practice so let`s not lose it !!!!
