I have been a patient at this surgery for over 20 years and it is the best surgery I have been registered at. From the Receptionists to the Doctors as well as the Administration Staff and nurses, they are all very professional, friendly and always ready to assist in any way they can and if they are not able to help they will give you the best options available. I love the system they have at this surgery whereby you can ring in the morning or afternoon at set times and get to see a doctor or nurse that day. This system totally works and I'm surprised other practices do not use this system as I have heard of horror stories from people saying they have to wait 2 weeks or more to see a Doctor which really isn't acceptable. There is also now available out of hours surgery appointments available and that really helps people like myself who work full time. The only slight criticism I have is that I would like our own Doctors to work a bit longer in the evenings to accommodate full time working people like myself as with the out of hours you have to see different doctors from other surgeries. But it is still a good service that they offer. I'm a very happy patient. | |||||||

Since we have moved to this practice after being let down on a number of occasions by the other practice .We have find them to be fantastic very caring and attention to detail is paramount concern to them .They have been a great help particularly with my daughter who has a life-long condition which is difficult to manage at the best of times seriously if the hospitals were this efficient we would have a 1st class nhs service back but sadly there being let down by the hospitals and it makes it very difficult for the GP to provide the care they would like to give there patients which most be incredibly frustrating for them .
