Impossible to get an appointment. You are immediately told to try elsewhere and then, only after some questioning, finally told hthe surgery booking system which means you are not going to get in anyway. The receptionists are obstructive, over-inquisitive and surly, whilst demanding in a long recorded message that clients remain polite. This is my 'local' surgery but I have been made to feel extremely unwelcome and - on a separate occasion - was referred by a surgery doctor for an x-ray on the wrong limb, adding basic incompetence to their rudeness and lack of any quality or service. | |||||||

I am very happy with the staff at Willington Surgery. My concerns are listened to and acted upon. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. In difficult times for funding of NHS I think the doctors and staff are doing their best to help their community. Thank you. | |||||||
