Could never get an appointment for my 12 yo daughter who have dislocated her knee a few times and not been able to walk properly. Was told to ring at 8am to book an appointment just to find out that there aren’t any bookings available. Been asked again to ring the next day to book an appointment but no appointments available. Useless! | |||||||

I arranged a call back via the Sinfin Moor receptionists on Monday 12th September, i received a call from a particular doctor at the agreed time. We discussed my issues, the doctor understood the situation very quickly however took his time to determine my personal requirements. He then contacted people within The Royal Derby Hospital to arrange my admission to the SAU. All of this was completed within a very short time for which I was very grateful.
Having been admitted to hospital I was in a position for treatment in a short time resulting in the issue clearing within a few days.
Prompt action by the team at this surgery saved me continuing pain. | |||||||

Too start with the phone system is the most frustrating thing ever! Too ring up at 8am when you are told too, if they are too busy you don’t even get connected too then Listen too the same message over and over again! Then too be met with the receptionist who never is helpful or basically act like you are a burden! Too then be told you can’t even get an appointment! It’s a disgrace! How after so many complaints nothing is being done is beyond me!! | |||||||
