Saw Dr Mahmood today - he was very professional and extremely kind and caring. We would definitely request to see him again if possible - a real asset to the surgery. The receptionist was also welcoming and cheerful.

The appointment system is awful. Also how can you go on a callback list for someone to phone you “anytime in the next 5 hours” when you’re trying to work yourself and can’t just sit staring at your phone waiting? Awful system! The nurses are amazing! Literally amazing! When you finally are able to see a gp, some are brilliant! But one in particular is the worst I’ve ever come across in my life! Wish we had the choice to say who we were happy to see as even in desperate times I would not want to see that one again!

PLEASE AVOID THIS GP PRACTICE, RUDE STAFF, SNEAKY BEHAVIOUR. THEY DONT WANT TO HELP. EXPLOIT PATIENTS VULNERABILITY, REFER PATIENTS TO OTHER AGENCIES IF THEY ARE OUTSPOKEN , BULLIES IN THERE FROM ALL THE NURSES TO RECEPTIONISTS. THEY USE COVID AS A EXCUSE IN NOT DEALING WITH COMPLIMENTS. THEY BEHAVE THERE ABOVE EVERYONE.
