On several occasions, I've had to wait over 30 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment to see a doctor, and the staff have proved themselves time and time again to be needlessly curt and unresponsive to any politely raised concern, and at times very passive aggressive. I cannot in all good faith recommend this surgery should you wish to be treated fairly, with both dignity and respect by either the front desk, or the doctors themselves. | |||||||

In my experience whilst I have been waiting the reception staff are always helpful , despite impatient people .I have never had a problem at either practice , I cannot recommend this practice enough . | |||||||

Always had great care here for all my family. As a family we have been coming here for 20 years. My sister in law jokes that it is the true ‘Peak Practice’ ?? Good facilities and great staff. | |||||||
