I've been with the practice for the last 5 years and I can honestly say the staff have always been wonderfully caring, kind and hard working. I've taken both children for baby checks and immunisations and the practice nurses was incredible with both children. Every staff member I've met has been kind and polite. I don't usually take the time to write reviews for anything but I wanted to make the effort because I think all the staff deserve a thank you for everything they've done. Sorry it's taken me so long to get round to it.

I've been a patient of the Eckington surgery since I moved to area as a child. Over the years the care I received from all staff - doctors, midwife, receptionists, admin etc has always been 5 star. About five to six years ago I moved out of the area so subsequently moved to a different doctors practice. This move highlighted to myself how brilliant Moss Valley, Eckington Surgery is. I have now moved back to the area and I am glad to be one of their patients again - hence why I feel the need to give this review. All staff within the practice are very welcoming and friendly, especially the receptionists. It is a pleasure to walk in and be greeted with a smile. I am extremely happy with how the appointment system works - being able to book in advance for routine appointments/with a specific doctor is something I missed when I moved away, and booking online makes the whole experience quicker and easier. If and when I have needed an appointment I have always managed to get one, whether it be for myself, my partner or one of my three children.
