I have been with the surgery for long time used to be good now it’s appalling!! The staff are very rude and do not know what they are talking about. I wanted a medical test and was told ten different things. They make promises they can’t keep are very unrealisable and generally don’t care about patients. Wouldn’t recommend. Always one problem after another and management are rude to they don’t help and never get back to you for update. They never pick up phones when call for appointment and whenever there is by chance an apt it’s with the worst rude Dr!

When we joined this surgery year or so ago we found it excellent. The Dr I saw was excellent she took my problem seriously and referred me to a specialist clinic I finally felt I was getting help for a 15yr long problem. The nurse we initially saw was so kind, bubbly and down to earth, no air or graces as some have. When the online appointment booking service started it was brilliant. But last 6 months or so it's gone terrible online you can only book with one Dr who nobody likes due to her rudeness and looking down at patients. When you call early morning and if by some million to one chance you get through you get told no more available which is so annoying. I feel so let down and angry especially when I'm unwell and can't get a appointment. Something seriously needs to be done to improve the service.
